These cut-to-fit panels are designed to match our custom doors and drawer fronts. Each panel is made of available in Maple, Red Oak, Ash, Cherry, Hickory and Matte White laminate.
Your first step in refacing your frames is to resurface the end panels. Since they are cut-to-size, you need only: apply glue to the surface fit end panel, making sure it is flush use finishing nails to secure then seal the edges.

Measuring Door and drawer fronts will be custom-made to the sizes you specify so accurate measurements are critical. You will need to measure all door openings to the nearest 1/16 and then add in adjustments based on the type of hinge and overlay required. Do not order rough opening sizes. See our Measuring Guide for more details.
We guarantee no warping or cracking on doors sized up to 23 wide and/or 46 high; drawer fronts up to 30 wide and/or 12 high.
Maximum SizesDoors exceeding the maximum sizes listed may be possible, but require a special quote. Cathedral and Arch style doors have a maximum width of 26''. Shaker, Contemporary and Traditional doors can be made over 26'' wide, but require a special price quote. The maximum door height on all doors is 96''.

Drawers are shipped in knock-down form from the manufacturer within 2 weeks. Orders are normally shipped by UPS Ground.

The PSA veneer makes refacing cabinets easy! (Note: you should first complete installation of end (panels). Start with the stiles (vertical surfaces). Cut slightly wider than stile (leaving an overlap), and line up edge with top of the stile. Peel off backing and press as you go. Trim off the excess veneer. Finish by using veneer smoothing blade for optimal adhesion. Repeat the procedure on the rails (horizontal surfaces).
