Just aim your remote control at the small infrared receiver. The signal is transmitted over a thin wire to the interior of the cabinet, where infrared emitters retransmit remote control commands directly to your equipment. Hidden Link (4-port connection block) and Micro Link (6-port connection block) systems each include infrared receiver, power source and four single emitters ù enough for four components. Up to eight components can be controlled from Hidden Link using dual emitter (#90041). Up to 12 components can be controlled from Micro Link using dual emitter (#90041). Hidden Link, Micro Link and Plasma Link kits include built-in ''talk-back'' LED's that simplify installation. (Talk-back feature not included in 71720 single and 90041 dual emmiters).
