Crazy Mom Quilts is known for her great tutorials, like this crocheted rug made from old T-shirts a few years back. Her latest tutorial shows us how to knit a rag rug using fabric scraps. I'm guessing more than a few of you have a pretty hefty scrap stash at home that would be perfect for something like this!

While there's not quite enough time to whip up a pair of these fantastic pint glass mittens from SpillyJane Knits before you head out on tonight's St. Patrick's Day adventures, it's never too early to get started for next year!

I don't know about you, but SillyJane Knits just became my new boozy craft hero.

I think the gray mitts with the orange zippers would be absolutely perfect for this almost-spring weather!
Zippers, in this case, dispose of their actual use and embrace the whimsy of their style. Bold and chunky, bright and friendly, these zippers are here for our entertainment only! Wear them on the palm side or the knuckle side; up, down, or half way in between, they'll make you smile!
